Job Overview:
Mavin Records is seeking a Senior / Lead Business Development Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, new revenue channels, and market expansion. This is a high-impact leadership role for a results-oriented professional with deep experience in entertainment, media, or tech industries.
Key Responsibilities:
πΉ Design and implement revenue-driving business strategies
πΉ Identify and negotiate high-value brand and licensing partnerships
πΉ Lead a team of BD professionals and mentor for performance
πΉ Analyze market trends to unlock new business opportunities
πΉ Collaborate across departments (marketing, talent, finance) to align initiatives
πΉ Represent Mavin at industry events and lead key pitches and proposals
What You Bring:
β Bachelorβs Degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related
β 8+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in media/entertainment
β Proven track record of high-value deal closures
β Strong understanding of licensing, sponsorships, digital monetization
β Strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and great communication skills
β Experience leading teams and building strong stakeholder relationships
