🧾 Role Overview:

Polar Frequency LLC-FZ, a forward-thinking AI-focused tech company, is hiring a Senior Technical PM with robust hands-on experience in full-stack development. This role requires a dynamic individual to manage and execute software projects from inception to delivery, working with cutting-edge technologies such as Python, AWS, React, Next.js, FastAPI, and MongoDB.

You will lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and act as a technical and managerial bridge between business goals and engineering execution.


Key Responsibilities:

🧠 Technical Leadership & Management:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for software solutions.

  • Define scope, set milestones, and allocate resources efficiently.

  • Actively participate in architecture and coding decisions when needed.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to align business and technical goals.

⚙️ Technical Stack Oversight:

  • Drive development projects using tools such as Python, AWS, MongoDB, React, Next.js, and FastAPI.

  • Provide technical mentorship and ensure high standards of engineering practices and system design.

  • Proactively manage risks and ensure timely delivery of projects.

📣 Communication & Collaboration:

  • Translate technical challenges and progress for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.


🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Engineering Lead.

  • Solid hands-on expertise in full-stack technologies:

    • Python, AWS, FastAPI, React, Next.js, MongoDB

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Bonus: Experience with AI-driven systems and custom software development.

  • Ability to work onsite in Nigeria, even though this is a remote-first role.
