💼 Finance Manager – Pathways to Scale (P2S)
📍 Location: Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, or Rwanda (Preference for Rwanda)

🕒 Type: Full-time | 1-year renewable contract
💰 Salary: ₦100K–₦150K/month (Depending on location; local scale applies)
🌍 Remote/Travel: Possible travel across Africa; flexible scheduling with time zone coordination
🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial operations of the multi-country P2S project (Ethiopia, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana)

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, reporting, compliance, and auditing

Support financial capacity building for internal teams and partner organizations

Supervise a small team: 2 Finance Officers, 1 Admin Officer

Work closely with international donors, particularly Mastercard Foundation

Contribute to strategic project design, cost allocation, and resource optimization
✅ Requirements:

Master’s in Finance/Accounting (or Bachelor’s + experience)

Professional certification like ACCA, CA, CPA, etc.

Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

Deep knowledge of donor-funded projects and compliance (especially international development)

Proficiency in financial software, MS Office, and budgeting systems

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong commitment to gender equity and youth empowerment

Cross-country financial management experience
