About the Role:
Nicole Sinclair Consulting is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager with strong experience in B2B and B2C sales to lead client relationship management and drive business growth—especially in the automotive and fleet solutions sector. This role is ideal for a confident, strategic thinker who excels at building long-term partnerships and closing corporate deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain both corporate (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients

  • Identify sales opportunities and propose tailored solutions

  • Lead presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with key decision-makers

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients

  • Work with internal teams to deliver customized vehicle, equipment, or service solutions

  • Resolve client issues professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty

  • Track sales pipeline, client feedback, and performance using CRM tools

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy

  • Contribute insights for product development, pricing, and marketing


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)

  • 4–8 years of proven experience in corporate sales or account management

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or fleet services is preferred

  • Strong B2B and B2C sales knowledge

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently

  • Experience with contracts, leasing, and post-sales support is a plus
