Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and digitally savvy individual to serve as our Customer Experience and Social Media Manager. This role combines top-tier customer service with strategic social media management to strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, and social media.

  • Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic resolutions to customer concerns.

  • Analyze feedback trends and suggest service improvements.

  • Foster strong customer relationships to boost retention and satisfaction.

  • Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall customer journey.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute engaging content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok.

  • Create posts, manage calendars, and stay on top of social trends.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor competitor activities and audience engagement to optimize performance.

  • Track metrics and prepare reports to inform content strategy.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or social media management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite.

  • Basic graphic and video editing skills are an added advantage.

  • Must be organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

₦100,000 per month
