📌 Job Description:

Overland Airways is seeking a Sales Manager to lead its sales team in Lagos. The ideal candidate is experienced, results-driven, and capable of building strategic relationships to grow revenue and expand market reach.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure high performance

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals

  • Identify new market opportunities and business channels

  • Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and competitor activities

  • Build and maintain client and trade partner relationships

  • Provide insightful sales reports and performance tracking


✅ Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (transportation/logistics industry preferred)

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

  • Based in Lagos, Nigeria

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities

  • Aviation industry experience is an added advantage

  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
