🎯 Job Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Finance Manager to lead our Finance & Accounts department, ensuring financial health, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and efficient operations across the company’s projects.
🔍 Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Finance/Accounts Department

Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance in line with IFRS

Provide financial insights for strategic business decisions

Supervise Tax, Treasury, Payroll, AR/AP, and all accounting functions

Develop and implement financial policies and best practices

Liaise with FIRS, LIRS, OGIR, and other regulatory bodies

Ensure smooth audit processes and banking/borrowing arrangements

Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures
-
Stay updated on tax and financial regulations
✅ Requirements

BSc / HND in Accounting (Minimum of 2:1 / Upper Credit)
-
ACA (ICAN Certified) – Must be an Associate Member
-
Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience (at least 5 years in a similar role)

Prior experience in an audit firm is essential

Proven track record in tax management and financial reporting

Proficiency in MS Office & ERP software
-
Experience in forex, capital financing, and treasury management
-
Prior work in power, energy, or oil & gas industry is a strong plus
-
Must not be more than 50 years old
