🔹 Assist with recruitment (posting jobs, screening, interviews)
🔹 Maintain employee records and HR databases
🔹 Support HR projects (engagement, policy, research)
🔹 Handle admin tasks like filing and data entry
🔹 Conduct HR research and analysis
🔹 Communicate with staff and external partners
