Salary: ₦250,000/month + Pension (PFA) + HMO


About the Role:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital engagement? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own our brand’s online voice and build meaningful connections with our audience across all platforms. If you’re strategic, data-driven, and full of fresh ideas, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust social media strategy aligned with brand goals

  • Create, curate, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

  • Monitor metrics such as engagement rates, reach, followers, and conversions

  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely response to inquiries

  • Plan and launch social campaigns, product announcements, and promotional pushes

  • Manage the social media content calendar and maintain brand consistency

  • Stay ahead of social media trends, digital tools, and competitor activity


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing

  • Excellent copywriting, visual coordination, and content planning skills

  • Proficient in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.

  • Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and analytics
