📝 Job Description:

We’re hiring a Chef for a client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have restaurant or lounge kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to menu design and food presentation.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum SSCE (Senior Secondary Certificate)

• At least 2 years’ experience as a chef

• Culinary diploma (advantage) or equivalent practical experience

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Must live near Ojodu Berger, Lagos

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)

🍽️ Major Responsibilities:

• Manage kitchen inventory and control food costs

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff

• Plan and prepare a diverse, high-quality menu

• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards

• Create seasonal dishes and promotional specials

• Ensure quality control and timely service

• Collaborate on menu ideas and updates

💰 Salary:

₦150,000 monthly
