🌟 Role Summary

As Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth, expand market share, and lead a high-performing sales & business-development team. You’ll design winning sales strategies, build key partnerships, and ensure stellar customer experiences that strengthen Ashdam Solar’s reputation in the renewable-energy sector.


 Key Responsibilities

Area Core Duties
Strategy & Targets • Develop & execute sales strategies to meet / exceed revenue goals
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
• Analyse market trends & competitor moves to refine pricing & positioning
Team Leadership • Set KPIs, coach, and motivate the sales team
• Run regular sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
Client Engagement • Lead high-value negotiations and project proposals
• Ensure a customer-centric culture across the sales function
Pipeline Management • Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion
• Track all activities via CRM; prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reports
Cross-Functional Coordination • Work with technical & operations teams to guarantee smooth project delivery
• Feed market intelligence back to product & service teams
Brand & Business Development • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Compliance & Process • Ensure adherence to company policies and proper documentation
• Continuously improve sales processes and operational efficiency

 Candidate Profile

  • Leadership: proven ability to inspire and manage a target-driven sales team

  • Customer Focus: exceptional negotiation, presentation & relationship-building skills

  • Analytical Skills: solid grasp of KPIs with ability to interpret data and adjust strategy

  • Tech Fluency: comfortable with CRM systems, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

  • Adaptability: eager to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-changing environment

  • Professionalism: disciplined, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
