📝 Role Summary

We are hiring 5 experienced Marketing Team Leads on behalf of a reputable Microfinance Institution in Abuja. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in loan booking and deposit mobilization within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate marketing and sales teams to meet organizational financial goals

• Mobilize deposits and secure profitable loan bookings

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in designated territories

• Drive business growth through outreach, marketing campaigns, and community engagement

• Monitor team performance and deliver strategic feedback

• Report marketing activity and financial growth metrics to senior management

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory financial policies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial institution (preferably microfinance)

• Strong track record in loan booking and deposit mobilization

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Must reside in or near one of the following Abuja areas:

  • Zuba

  • Madala

  • Deidei

  • Kubwa

  • Dutse

  • Gwarinpa

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer engagement skills

• Results-driven with deep knowledge of financial products
