📝 Job Description

Novanex Career Consults is hiring a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Osogbo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing essential administrative support to enhance the efficiency of daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee general office operations

  • Manage files, records, and documentation systems

  • Monitor office supplies and reorder when necessary

  • Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and staff activities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls

  • Maintain a tidy and organized work environment

  • Assist in preparing reports and internal communications

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed


Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field

  • Less than 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Good command of spoken and written English
