The Bridge Hospitality Consult is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a serviced apartment located in Maryland, Lagos. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to take charge of property standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily apartment operations and ensure a seamless guest experience

Generate sales through effective pricing, marketing, and repeat bookings

Manage vendors, control inventory, and oversee supplies

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security teams to uphold property standards

Handle guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and relationship management

Prepare performance reports and ensure timely apartment turnaround

Monitor and maintain property standards at all times
Candidate Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, short-let, or serviced apartment operations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with online booking platforms and reporting tools (tech-savvy)

Ability to work proactively, with strong attention to detail

Must live close to Maryland, Lagos, or be able to commute easily
