Job Overview

The Bridge Hospitality Consult is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a serviced apartment located in Maryland, Lagos. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to take charge of property standards, guest experience, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily apartment operations and ensure a seamless guest experience

  • Generate sales through effective pricing, marketing, and repeat bookings

  • Manage vendors, control inventory, and oversee supplies

  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security teams to uphold property standards

  • Handle guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and relationship management

  • Prepare performance reports and ensure timely apartment turnaround

  • Monitor and maintain property standards at all times

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality, short-let, or serviced apartment operations

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with online booking platforms and reporting tools (tech-savvy)

  • Ability to work proactively, with strong attention to detail

  • Must live close to Maryland, Lagos, or be able to commute easily

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a small team
