📌 Role Summary
VIP Express Tourism Limited is hiring a Human Resources Generalist with a strong legal background. The ideal candidate will manage daily HR operations, ensure legal compliance, and support employee engagement through performance management, training, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, staffing, and candidate selection

Resolve employee grievances and manage conflict resolution

Administer performance evaluations and improvement plans

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Support training and career development programs

Analyze HR metrics and generate reports

Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory)

Minimum of 3 years HR experience

CIPM certification (Compulsory)

Strong organizational and communication skills
