Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead our lubricant sales operations across the automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors. Youโll be responsible for building and executing strategies, managing a team, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales experience and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share

Lead and coach a team of Sales Representatives

Analyze sales data, KPIs, and optimize performance by region and sector

Work with marketing on product positioning and promotions

Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams

Build relationships with key customers (distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, industrial clients)

Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and account planning

Identify new business opportunities and key growth areas
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

5+ years of B2B sales experience in lubricants, petrochemicals, or automotive aftermarket

Strong leadership and people management experience

Deep knowledge of lubricant applications and market dynamics
