Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Pattern Drafter who is also skilled in Quality Control to join our fashion production team. The ideal candidate must be able to cut patterns for complex fashion pieces and ensure all final outfits meet high finishing and fitting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pattern Drafting

Interpret style sketches and draft accurate patterns for a wide range of outfits (e.g., dresses, bustiers, corsets, trousers, jackets).

Sew one sample from each pattern to verify accuracy.

All patterns created remain the property of the company and will be used by tailors in production.
2. Quality Control (QC)

Conduct a detailed inspection of all completed garments to ensure sewing, finishing, and fit meet company standards.

Cross-check each outfit against the approved sample and original design guidelines.

Identify errors and ensure necessary corrections are made promptly before delivery.
Requirements:

SSCE or above

Strong experience in pattern drafting and sample production

Solid understanding of tailoring construction, fit, and high-end finishing

Must be detail-oriented and quality-driven

Must be able to work under pressure and manage time well
