A retail sales consultant works closely with customers or clients to recommend services or products. Consultants can approach customers, ask questions to identify the customer’s needs and then make recommendations about what products are best.
Responsibilities
RETAIL SALES CONSULTANT (NEW VEHICLES)
- Understand the Brand & Products DNAs.
- Presentation as per Standards after identifying customer needs.
- Advise on the right product, features, benefits & financing.
- Proactively follow up and close leads.
Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of related local dealership experience
- Good selling techniques and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages (written & spoken)
- Age group: below 35 years
- Computer literate
- Flexible work schedule
- University graduate
- Transferable visa #18
- Holder of Kuwait driver’s license is an added advantage
