Job Description
A major medical equipment supplier is hiring a Senior Accountant. Entering this role, you will lead the monthly and yearly closing processes to support business continuity in Japan.

Responsibilities
- Take part in all general accounting operations
- Handle expense claims
- Oversee balance sheet items
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and other corporate requirements
- Ensure proper handling of financial statements in SAP and other reporting systems
- Increase operational efficiency in general accounting
- Partner with overseas partners to implement changes properly
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of work experience in general accounting
- Prior experience working with SAP and other ERP systems
- MS Office skills
- Knowledge of operational accounting practices and policies based on IFRS
- Business level English
