Job Description

The Company’s Clients is one of the world’s largest global marketing and advertising agency networks. They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their shared service Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records and procedures.
• Prepare month-end closing, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconcile monthly balances.
• Ensure to deliver month-end closing timely, which meets Group reporting deadlines
• Assist in the financial reporting
• Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Business or Accounting Qualifications or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in accounting
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Accountants.

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
