Responsibilities
- Prepare and review fund valuation reporting and liaise with fund administrator on NAV preparation.
- Manage cash flows and balances, payment
- Make sure monthly and quarterly client deliverables are met
- handle cashflow status and maintain bank accounts and prepare financial reporting.
- Help with the annual audit and tax return preparation with external accounting firms
- Monitor and assist the new fund establishment process
Requirements
- University degree, Finance/Accounting, Business Management major
- HKICPA or ACCA qualification is required
- 2 years working experience in PE fund accounting role
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese
- Self-motivated, energetic, excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
