Job Description.
They are looking for a Production Team Leader to join their production site of 265 employees based in Dijon, the largest Tetra Pak site in France, specializing in packaging production.
Reporting directly to the production coordinator, you are responsible for a production team posted on weekdays or weekends (about 40 people). You are responsible for ensuring production on the technical and human levels according to the schedule and respecting the Quality requirements of the customers.
Responsibilities.
- In collaboration with the machine managers, the team leader monitors compliance with the standards defining safety, production parameters and company rules.
- The team manager follows the production objectives and helps the production teams to analyze the causes of non-compliance, stoppages or drift.
- He validates the troubleshooting priorities, and monitors the intervention.

- Report and share information (team integration, absenteeism, etc.) to help the process manager & the production coordinator.

Requirements.
- Bac + 5, Engineering or university degree, BAC + 2 with equivalent experience.
- Skills in direct or functional management.
- Experience in change management is desirable.
- Motivated, passionate, energetic and with an open personality.
- An ability to inspire others with your enthusiasm, exchange information and support colleagues to achieve their goals.
- With a strong ability to take initiative, you will have to carry out your activities independently.
- With your analytical skills and your systemic approach to defining and solving problems, you can transform long-term strategies into short- or medium-term action plans.
- Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
- Knowledge of TPM or WCM is a plus.
