Job Description.

Responsibilities.

  • Providing a warm welcome to our guests.
  • Using our computerised hotel system to process guest details.
  • Ensuring that billing charges are entered correctly, and those daily takings are balanced.
  • Dealing with queries from guests and ensuring that any requests are met swiftly.
  • Producing accurate guest accounts upon check out, ensuring a smooth departure.
  • Confident and intuitive, you will be required to adapt your manner of communication to suit a variety of situations.
  • You will be required to listen, react and resolve, ensuring our guests receive an individual, personalised experience.

Requirements.

Experience in a customer-facing role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided, and our Team Development Programme will equip you with the skills required to succeed in this role and progress your career journey here with us at Ragdale Hall Spa.GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English are essential.
