Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop creative testing strategies to support the acquisition and retention goals.
- Own the creation and distribution of Growth Marketing reporting in Amplitude
- Analyze and extract marketing insights from various channels
- Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing team to test new tactics constantly – with attention to scalability
- Work alongside Product to maintain and expand our Martech stack and integrations, including bug tracking and providing technical requirements to support new tactics
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or data analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools, bonus points for experience with Amplitude
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing and experience designing and executing marketing experiments from start to finish
- Passionate about automating and optimizing processes of all kinds
- A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines
- Strong communication skills and English fluency
- Curiosity and excitement to learn more about growth marketing and the remittance industry
