Onsite with HSBC-Assistant Manager / Officer, Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Handle Investor account openings, AML/KYC process, and related enquiries from Investors or Fund Managers.
• Ensure daily TA transactions of subscription, redemption, and transfer are handled timely and accurately.
• Coordinate with City site colleagues in delivering TA service to investors and clients
• Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
• Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Requirements

• A degree in any relevant discipline is preferred
• Knowledge of Transfer Agencies, fund services or related areas
• Knowledge of Automatic Word Distributor and any other Transfer Agency systems will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with the ability to think and act independently, combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Energetic, results-focused change agent with a strong work ethic
• Robust Team Player and have the ability to motivate others
