Job Description
- Review and develop existing HR policies and procedures within the business.
- Develop and monitor the departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational work plan for the department.
- Creating a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
- Use online hiring platforms for recruitment and sourcing purposes.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
- Ensure key address of vital operational aspects to improve the company’s performance consistently.
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Revise company policies.
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Skills
- Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Candidate should have experience in the food industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages.
- Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
- Utilizing digital tools to manage in-house corporate data with utmost diligence.
- A cheerful individual with a knack for motivating and converting employees into long-term assets.
- Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
- Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand concerns from a neutral outlook.
