Job Description

Job Details:

• Translation of Japanese ICSR to English
• Translation of English ICSR to Japanese
• Translation of literature from Japanese to English.
• Translation of literature from English to Japanese.
• Translate AE narrative from Japanese to English and Vice versa by SWI & SLA
• Report status regularly
• Scheduling and allocating work to the production team
• Communicate with the onsite team manager to resolve issues occurred in operations
• Status reporting to the Team manager

• 100% compliance for adherence to work allocation plan, including case closure based upon agreed timelines (TAT) and applicable quality benchmark as per SOW

Must requirement:

• 2+ years of experience in clinical services/research (PV) operations or certified medical translators
• Ability to act in an intercultural setting

• Ability to describe and present complex topics in an easy-understanding way
• Excellent written communication, including professional documentation skills
• Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under changing conditions and high pressure.
• Concern for the timely completion of training activities and training documentation

• Knowledge of Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance processes
