The Role:

As a Z&V keyholder you are responsible for supporting the GM in reaching the store targets and goals. When the GM or AGM are not present, you are the store team lead and are responsible to customer service, replenish, train and develop your associates.

Sale and Service Skills:

– Manage your team to reach and exceed the store targets as outlined by the AGM/GM.

– Constant floor presence to help maximize selling opportunities.

-Create a positive and rewarding client experience by ensuring that the customer takes priority at all times.

– Delivering outstanding and personal customer service experience while complying with standards.

-Fully support and align with all key business initiatives and new product launches.

-Clientele Development and Customer Data collection for the purpose of building relationships and personalizing future client development opportunities.

-Utilize the available marketing tools to engage current and new business and drive sales.

-Embrace and utilize technology to enhance customer experience.

– Demonstrate a passion for the luxury sector and knowledgeable of industry, market and fashion trends.

The Qualities & Requirements:

-Proven track record in Customer / Clientele Sales and achieving results.

-Focused on achieving the sales targets/goals.

– Providing an excellent customer service and interested in exceeding the customer expectations.

-Strong knowledge of team management, training and techniques.

-Knowledge of Retail POS system, MS Office and Google Docs.

– Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities, multi-task and pay close attention to details.

– Strong verbal, written and communication skills.

-Passionate about the mid-luxury sector and working knowledge of trends (fashion, retail, industry and market.)

– Positive and proactive attitude and team working skills.

– Sense of flexibility, responsibility, adaptability, and independence.
