Job Summary:
Stanbic IBTC Insurance Brokers is hiring a Business Development Officer to grow insurance income, boost revenue, and promote the sales of insurance products both within the Stanbic IBTC Group and to external clients. The role involves executing regional sales strategies and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses

Drive revenue growth by meeting set sales targets

Work with different departments within the Stanbic IBTC Group to cross-sell insurance

Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Support the implementation of sales strategies across regions

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Requirements:

First Degree in any related field

0–3 years of work experience (experience in financial services is a plus)
