The role of Customer Support Specialist is primarily responsible for serving the client companies that use Evalion-SHL’s products and services. The communication takes place mainly with executives of HR departments of companies while there is also continuous cooperation with our consultants as the role in many cases is a connecting link between the customers and the rest of the team. Organization, methodicality and effective communication are important characteristics for success in the role. The goal of the position is customer satisfaction and the creation and maintenance of trusting relationships.
Duties
Immediate service of customer requests via phone, email, chat
Immediate service of candidate requests via phone, email, chat
Management of SHL TalentCentral and Cat online systems
Management of the online 360° Feedback system
Management of the SHL Mobilize online system
Management of requests and declarations of participation in trainings
Management of candidate documents and resumes
Compiling reports on customer usage of products
Preparation of documents in the English language in the Greek language
Hubspot CRM update
Requirements
Education and Experience
Possession of a high school diploma is essential
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in providing similar services is desirable
