Job Description
Reporting to our Partner Relations and Operations Director aladin.farm and providing strong support to the product marketing and deployment teams, you will be in charge of commercial assistance and sales of the platform.
Sales Assistant
Pre-sales: you will provide support in making appointments with the general management of cooperatives and suppliers (pre-sales and contractual renegotiations). You will participate in the review of commercial opportunities and you will be responsible for optimizing pipe monitoring with the appropriate tools.
Account management: you will support account managers in the administrative management of cooperative/supplier accounts as well as contracts (_support for the drafting, monitoring, formatting of contracts and amendments, monitoring of signatures, summary and follow-up contractual commitments in the different tools, management of purchasing requests…). You will collaborate in reporting business activity and monitoring revenue forecasts in close collaboration with finance.
Marketing/communication: you will contribute to the preparation and hosting of various commercial events.
Sales Administration/
You will be responsible for collecting annually from cooperatives, supply turnover and turnover per supplier.
You will manage the invoicing process for Aladin cooperatives and suppliers on a quarterly basis: preparation, validation, sending and monitoring of invoices by customer, verification of data with account managers, monitoring of payments / management of reminders.
You will collaborate in setting up and monitoring the budget with the teams and finance
You will be a key contributor to internal and external customer satisfaction
You will actively participate through your actions in the continuous improvement approach with the implementation of processes, procedures and digitalization within the Aladin.farm structure.

Profile Description
Required profile
Coming from a Bac +2/3 training in the commercial field, you have at least 3 years of experience in similar functions, ideally in the agricultural or e-commerce world which will allow you to be quickly operational.
You have excellent customer skills combined with excellent interpersonal skills. You have strong organizational and rigorous qualities combined with a real sense of commercial relations. You have a perfect command of Excel, Word, Internet.
