Job Description:This position, working within both low voltage and high voltage perimeters, is responsible for ensuring the development and documentation of connectivity components, specifically terminals and connectors. The Study Pilot will play a crucial role in providing technical support to Vehicle Study Pilots and project teams, managing the introduction of client products into projects, and ensuring the compliance and approval of components under their responsibility.

Description Of Significant Activities
- Ensures the development of terminals and connectors between the client and the project teams.
- Provides technical support to Vehicle Study Pilots and project teams for the choice of terminals and connectors.
- Provides support to the purchasing team for the analysis of suppliers’ technical files.
- Ensures technological monitoring of all products under its responsibility.
- Researches new technical solutions and develops them.
- Resolves technical problems as an expert.
- Participates in resolving problems encountered by the cabling teams.
- Develops specifications/functional analysis and value analysis.
- Participates in ratio programs and brings new ideas.
- Produces technical files during consultations.
- Manages the monitoring of product schedules in relation to project schedules.
- Transmits information on new products to be used (CDC).
- Ensures the introduction of Client products into each project when possible.
- Develops the schedule for product testing and validation.
- Provides support to the purchasing team for the analysis of suppliers’ technical files, and if necessary carries out NCRs for new components.
- Updates the connector databases following supplier test returns and Renault approvals.
- Transmits information on new products to be used by producing, if necessary, summary documents on the technical equivalences and references of old/new products.
- Informs suppliers of Renault normative developments.
- Validates in Step3 the PH files and archives the attachments.
- Participates in product validation in our production plants.
- Ensures synergy with production plants.
- Participates in client meetings related to his area of activity.
- Transforms the functional need into technical solutions with suppliers.
- Produces a weekly report of your activity
- Ensures (technical/economic) monitoring of modifications to the parts for which he is responsible.
- Have the components under his responsibility approved.
- Manages implementation requests from factories.
- Carries out technical monitoring of the evolution of the parts under his responsibility.
