This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Secretary at EUROCERT CYPRUS in Limassol Municipality. The Administrative Secretary will be responsible for clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Additionally, the Administrative Secretary will provide administrative assistance to other staff members, communicate with clients, schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure excellent customer service.Qualifications

  • Clerical Skills including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Administrative Assistance skills to support other staff members
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Scheduling skills to manage appointments and meetings
  • Customer Service skills to ensure satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
