Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Training Manager at AlphaBravo. The Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs. This includes conducting training needs assessments, designing and delivering training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Training Manager will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure training programs meet the needs of Government agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of container and Kubernetes technologies
- Ability to assess training needs and design appropriate programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience working with Government agencies is a plus
- Relevant certifications in training or related field
