  • As a Business Analyst, you would be responsible for participating in critical aspects of the Savvas’ flagship learning management system, Savvas Realize, and other applications within the Realize ecosystem.
  • You’ll work directly within a scrum team to define requirements, prioritize a backlog of groomed stories, perform acceptance testing, and ensure the general success of the team.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Analyze requirements from product, technology, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize requirements into stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Enable scrum team estimations by providing clarity on requirements.
  • Facilitate technical design discussions by setting up meetings and providing the voice of the customer to the technical design team.
  • Iterate with user experience and design teams as the development is ongoing.
  • Prioritize backlog of epics, stories, maintenance items in accordance with business and technology priorities.
  • Evaluate business processes and scrum practices to develop optimization strategies.
  • Document and communicate the results of team meetings and deliverables to cross-functional team members and management.

What You’ll Need

 

  • Must have previous experience and or familiarity with software development practices.
  • A bachelor’s degree, master’s degree a plus. Engineering, business or related field preferred; other degrees considered with additional experience.
  • A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
  • Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to determine target audience and create communications that are clear, concise and understandable.
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships.
