Overview
Our mission at Dragos is to protect the world’s most critical infrastructure from adversaries who wish to do it harm. We help defend industrial organizations that provide foundations of modern civilization: running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments.
This is a huge and critical role not just for the People team but for all the people of Dragos. This person will report to the Chief People Officer and drive the design, build, and rollout of the next version of talent infrastructure and programs aligned with our mission and values. The right person for the role will be a systems thinker with a drive to take action and get things done. They will have the experience and passion to build world class people programs for our managers and employees. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels and will have an impressive track record of building the trusted relationships with their HR Business Partner peers and leaders from across the organization required to succeed in serving the business. And they will be awesome to work with, just like the rest of their colleagues on the People team and throughout Dragos.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Chief People Officer, HRBPs, and leaders across the business to understand our employees and the organization’s needs and values related to people programs, employee experience, and our strategic priority of maintaining our mission driven culture
- Lead the design and own the execution of company-wide feedback, performance, and development processes
- Develop the suite of learning opportunities required to invest wisely in employee development, stay ahead of business needs, and create an exciting growth platform for our teammates
- Drive our employee survey and engagement processes to support our mission-driven culture including action planning and accountability for priority improvements
- Work across the business to recommend strategies to enable connection and collaboration in our remote-first globally distributed working environment
- Stay on top of emerging sentiment and trends in and out of Dragos, as well as our business strategy to evolve our approaches to talent management to remain current and effective
Qualifications
- 8+ years working in Talent Management, People Strategy, or related positions with increasing levels of responsibility
- Experience with build/rebuild and successful roll out of People systems including vendor supported solutions and supporting systems implementation (e.g., engagement platform)
- Exceptional project management skills; clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Bias to action; track record of impact on employee experience and business outcomes
- Top notch interpersonal skills; proven ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships
- Start-up and global experience preferred
Compensation
- Base Salary: $165,000
