GENERAL AFFAIRS
The resource will be responsible for:
CAR MANAGEMENT (50 vehicles)
Fleet status: mileage control, new orders (with average monthly mileage driver + car list), contractual readjustments
-Mid time auto activation
Telepass
Delivery of new car
Fines
Insurance
Tyres
Fuel cards: possible activation/deactivation/request for new cards
-Invoice control
– entry of consumption data for UL Portal vans
GENERAL SERVICES
-Purchase of employee birthday gifts + update of new hires’ birthdays at reception + mng
– Delivery of material to new employee + related report: mobile phone, car, business cards, PPE, request for previous training certificates
– Control of supplier invoices
– CAPEX + OPEX budget development
-Stipulate agreements with hotel facilities + hotels
-Real Estate support in managing issues relating to the building
-Approval of stationery orders (Reception + offices)
-Business cards + any personalized material
-Activation of new voice SIMs
-Purchase new cell phones
HEALTH & SAFETY
-Request documentation from suppliers (without annual maintenance contracts) for on-site interventions.
– organizational medical visits to employees + technical exams in Carpiano
-Monitoring of employee training (general and specific worker training course, course for supervisors, fire prevention, first aid, overhead crane, MMT, forklifts, cranes on vehicles, DAE). Request for quotes + organization of courses (ex novo + updates).
-Appointments of first aid, fire prevention and supervisors
-Check Carpiano first aid kits + replenishment of expired/missing material
– Carpiano defibrillator check + purchase of related material upon expiry (e.g. electrodes/battery)
– Purchase and delivery of PPE to personnel other than technicians
EVENTS
-Organization of corporate events
Is required
Diploma
Knowledge of the English language is preferred
Experience and dynamism in the role
Autonomy, management ability, precision, punctuality, problem solving
Availability to travel for one night to other Italian offices, if necessary and requested
It is offered
direct contract from the Company for 12 months maternity replacement
