Back Office Employee: Cremona Branch – Part Time

The resource will report directly to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for carrying out activities related to:

First welcome of customers at the branch (reception)
Insertion of customer data and financing practices into the company information system
Cataloging of documents presented by customers
Customer management and telephone support
Management of incoming and outgoing correspondence from the branch

Requirements

Diploma or degree preferably in the economic field
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, result orientation, aptitude for team building
Previous experience in the consumer credit – insurance – banking sector is preferable
Basic knowledge of the AS400 system is appreciated

Seriousness, precision, autonomy complete the sought-after profile

Contract: CCNL Trade

Duration: to be defined

Working day: part-time, Monday to Friday 9:00 – 13:00

Place of work: Corso Garibaldi, 154/156 – 26100 Cremona (CR)
