Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the design of the strategic direction of the company’s water business and the establishment of the management model;
2. Formulate various management regulations, systems, and processes for departments and project companies, and establish an operation management system;
3. Responsible for department organizational structure design, position and staffing, team formation and assessment, and establishing an effective team collaboration mechanism;
4. Coordinate the work of various departments of the company, maintain and develop external relations of the department;
5. Responsible for formulating the annual business plan indicators and production assessment indicators of the project company, and organizing departments to carry out regular assessments of the project company based on the determined operation and management indicators of the project company;
6. Responsible for the personnel appointment and removal, assessment, rewards and punishments of project company leaders;
7. Responsible for the approval of daily affairs of the department and project company.
job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in environmental science, environmental engineering, water supply and drainage and other related majors;
2. Have more than 5 years of experience in sewage treatment operation and management;
3. Have good ability to handle emergencies, and have excellent teamwork and communication and coordination skills;
4. Have good organization, coordination and planning management capabilities, and the ability to handle on-site emergencies at any time.
