Crown Recruiting seeks a Location Manager to join the team of a reputable ag company in the Blair, NE area! The Location Manager is key in providing management, supervision, & leadership of the operations assigned to the location, including personnel, scheduling, logistics, product handling, application services, & customer satisfaction. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full-service Agronomy operation & sales, including dry & liquid fertilizer, seed, crop protection products, & custom application
- Maintain a clean & organized facility, overseeing facility compliance with OSHA & company safety program.
- Control location inventories & maintain location hours to meet seasonal demands with minimum delays
- Manage & approve all sales deals to assure they meet profitability goals & company guidelines.
- Establish & maintain relationships with key industry & strategic community partners
- Recruit, hire, & train all full-time location personnel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or related preferred
- 5+ years of agronomy sales experience with the understanding of seed & crop production practices preferred
- Ability to communicate in an appropriate, professional manner at all levels
- Proficiency in supervisory skills, with grasp of fundamental supervision principles
- Must have valid driver’s license & maintain a clean driving record
- Microsoft Office suite programs, including Word & Excel
