The Role

Responsibilities

Executive Support:

 

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports for executive review.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

Project Management

 

  • Oversee various projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and track progress using project management tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, resolve issues, and drive project success.

Marketing Assistance

 

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and collateral that aligns with brand objectives.

Administrative Support

 

  • Manage administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the organization.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as an executive assistant, project manager, or similar role.
  • with Project Management Experience and Marketing Background
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Asana or Trello
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in executing marketing campaigns.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
