As a community housing development organization in Colorado Springs, Greccio is passionate about serving as an integral part of the housing continuum. Ensuring that our residents are not burdened by the cost of their housing coupled with the ease of access to the variety of services offered through our Resident Resource Center is critical to resident success.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and staff
  • Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient records
  • Handle correspondence and communication within the healthcare facility
  • Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
  • Manage medical inventory and supplies
  • Coordinate meetings and events for the healthcare facility
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
  • Assist with basic patient care tasks, such as taking vital signs and assisting with medical examinations
  • Handle telephone calls and inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist with the coordination of healthcare services and resources
  • Handle administrative tasks related to healthcare facility operations
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized healthcare environment
  • Assist with data entry and documentation tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

Required Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and healthcare documentation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management software and MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of medical procedures and patient care processes
  • Willingness to adapt to changing healthcare protocols and technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse healthcare team
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and service
