The responsibilities of the Sales Executive – Nissan include but are not limited to:

 

  • Greet the customer in good manner and provide him a good hospitality.
  • Answer customers’ questions about vehicles, prices, availability, uses, and credit terms.
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features, and recommend suitable types their needs and interests.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates as customer’s needs aligned with Motors division policies.
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
  • Obtain credit information about customers and all treatments’ issues.
  • To insure the test drive was been done to the customer if required.
  • Insure Customer satisfaction to achieve the Customer Satisfaction Scores.

Education:

 

  • Intermediate Institute, University degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.

Experience:

 

  • Minimum 5 years in similar position or related to business.
