E-Commerce Specialist

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum business management bachelor degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Fluent in English and Thai
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage online retailer business and marketplaces to achieve sales and marketing goals
- Build and maintain relationships with our retail partners and enablers
- Define and execute a yearly strategy for our retail e-commerce channels
- Establish retail online product assortment and merchandising strategy
- Align campaigns with marketing and new product launch calendar for each retailer site
- Develop and coordinate digital marketing campaigns for e-tailers
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging on all channels
- Ensure that the brand presence and product pages are consistent
- Maintain standards of product merchandising online / copy, imagery, usage
- Support, coordinate and execute new e-tailer launches
- Make sure the performance is tracked: measuring and reporting ROI
- Monitor sales results of all channels
- Negotiate and align joint marketing plans with e-retailers
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
