What Will You Do

 

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on multiple online marketing channels including social media, Google AdWords, LINE@, and ad-networks
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools on Lazada or Shopee
  • Ensure that budgets and targets such as CIR and CPO are met according to plan
  • Prepare reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams
  • Conduct A/B testing and lead new initiatives to improve campaign performance
  • Participate and/or lead in ad-hoc projects across marketing functions

What Are The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering or related to statistics is a plus but not required
  • Proven 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields (performance marketing, search/SEO, social media marketing)
  • Extremely data-focused, advanced Excel skills (Macro, VBA is a plus) and strong data visualization skills
  • Able to plan, buy ads and optimize ads
  • Experience in managing and handling teams of at least 2-3 staff
  • History of demonstrating results via data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Professional working English level and fluent in Thai is a must
