What you will be doing:

  • Assisting with meeting preparation, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO, and drafting responses as necessary.
  • Prepare mind blowing presentations that will wow our stakeholders.
  • Master the art of calendar Tetris by scheduling meetings, blocking out time for strategy sessions, and ensuring our CEO is never double-booked.
  • Assist our CEO and board with various ad-hoc tasks including administrative tasks, document preparation etc.
  • Assisting the CEO in the coordination and management of special projects, including follow-up with project stakeholders
  • Dive into research projects and unearth valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Take charge of organizing travel arrangements for our core management’s epic adventures.
  • Safeguard sensitive information like a pro, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Proactivity, initiative and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of ad hoc projects in an organized way.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
