We are looking for qualified Commercial Collection agents that enjoy talking to customers and have strong negotiation skills! Looking for people with positive attitudes who are willing to learn or already have experience in this industry! Offering paid training to prepare you for this exciting new role! Job Opening is for a Commercial Collector (Business to Business):
Commercial Collectors are calling businesses to assist in resolving their outstanding payables.
Full-Time Hours:
8:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday (No weekends!)
Position Requirements for Full Time Employees:
- Must be commission driven and have an eagerness to learn
- Must be able to think quickly and pay close attention to detail
- Must have confident and strong negotiating skills
- Some experience in high volume / inbound and outbound call center is helpful
- Must be dependable, motivated and take pride in what you do
- Having reliable transportation is helpful
Typical workday:
- Contact businesses / business owners or accounts payable departments to discuss resolving their outstanding payables by phone and via emails.
- Negotiate resolutions, either payment in full, payment plans or settlements.
- Attempting contact by phone, email and by using an automated dialer
- Accurately document customer interactions.
All you need to succeed:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- A can-do attitude, never give up.
- Be able to commit to a 40 hour a week schedule.
