The ConXioN HR team is looking for additional resources to further develop our people-oriented HR policy. You are an ambassador and take ownership of the candidate experience for the entire ConXioN group with companies in West and East Flanders, but also Antwerp.
Your day to day as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
As an ambassador you build a strong network of (IT) talent with the ConXioN DNA;
You make contacts through various channels (LinkedIn, training institutions, job fairs, your network and external partners) and encourage candidates to contribute to our story;
Internal ambassadorship is also part of your role: you communicate and brainstorm with internal teams and stakeholders about the right search for suitable colleagues;
You take strategic steps to take the candidate experience to the next level and dare to take initiative on innovations;
As a member of our ambitious team, you will have plenty of room to take ownership and make an impact.
IT’s a match
You have several years of experience in guiding a recruitment process and attracting talent through channels such as LinkedIn;
With this experience, you feel comfortable setting up strategic initiatives in the candidate experience;
Your flexibility, passion and people-oriented focus ensures that you quickly develop into an internal and external ConXioN ambassador;
