The Role:
Our Business Analyst is responsible for communicating with the business representatives (of the customer), understand existing processes, understand business needs & challenges, document the existing processes and define new processes as per the direction of the Business Process Architects.
Area of Responsibility:
- Document existing & proposed processes
- Ensure training of customer users in the defined business processes
- Improve processes across business functions
- Create pitch decks, presentations and reports.
- Facilitate the business planning cycle for various businesses.
- Analyzing data and drawing insights.
- Act as the main liaison between the customer representatives and internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure action items from various meetings are implemented.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints
Knowledge / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Fluent in German Language.

- Experience with any Business Process Modelling Tools
