The AVANTGARDE Retail Team is growing to win even more IQOS fans! We are looking for a motivated Store Manager (m/f/d) for our flagship store in Munich.
Tasks
Showtime: You act as a role model for your team and bear disciplinary, personnel and administrative responsibility.
Coordination: You are responsible for coordinating the daily routine (providing information to your team / inventory management / cash register management / personnel processes).
Proactive approach: Reach out to people, spark conversations and find out how our product fits into their lives. You are the director of your own sales scenes.
Customer Relationships: Build strong customer relationships that go beyond sales and create fans of the IQOS brand.
Sales: Together we achieve our goals! You implement sales promotions, image measures and marketing campaigns that increase awareness of IQOS products and promote sales.
